From food trucks to pool parties, there’s something for everyone this Australia Day, with Northern Beaches Council hosting a string of events throughout the month of January.

Northern Beaches Council CEO Ray Brownlee said the events will help us all celebrate the things we love about Australia and our diverse and vibrant community.

“Australia Day is one of the biggest days on the national calendar and on the Beaches, we celebrate it throughout the month of January,” Mr Brownlee said.

“It’s not only a time to reflect on what it means to be Australian, but an opportunity to celebrate everything great about this beautiful country of ours and acknowledge our history.

“What better way to celebrate than to visit one of our beautiful beaches, parks or pools and join us at our fun, COVID-safe community events.”
