The community is being reminded that time is running out to help Northern Beaches Council plan its service priorities for the next three years.

Mayor Michael Regan said it was important to have community input into the Delivery Program as it outlines what Council plans to deliver over the next three years.

“We have had a great response from the community so far, with more than 800 people attending one of the Delivery Plan workshops or filling in our online survey.

“Pleasingly, 86 per cent of workshop participants rate the events highly.

“There are still opportunities for the community to help Council shape what we do over the next three years. We are keen for your input to help develop our roadmap for the future,” Mayor Regan said.

“Transport, housing and the environment are top of mind for many workshop participants so far, with many also wanting Council to maintain focus on delivery of core services such as waste management, road infrastructure management, community services and libraries.”

There are two remaining community workshops:

  • Long Reef Workshop - Monday 6 November, 6-8:30pm
  • Frenchs Forest Workshop - Wednesday 8 November, 6-8:30pm
