Not only will Santa Claus will make a special appearance at Manly Oval this Thursday night (6 December, 6.30-8.30pm) for the annual Christmas Choral Concert, but 2017’s Triple J’s Unearthed Winner and support act for the upcoming Maroon 5 tour, CXLOE will make a special performance.

Northern Beaches Mayor Michael Regan said he’ll be there with bells on!

“The Christmas Choral Concert is much-loved by locals and The Northern Beaches Orchestra and our very own Community Choir will be performing again.

“This year we have extra special guest which Santa has organised for all the good big and little kids – CXLOE will make an appearance and perform throughout the evening.”

“So gather your family, friends and neighbours for the Northern Beaches' biggest free Christmas musical celebration!”

All your Christmas favourites will be performed under the direction of Ms Margi Coen of the Sydney Vocal Arts Centre and Mr Martin Hardy of The Northern Beaches Orchestra, with 150 community volunteers making our Community Choir.

Christmas Carols wouldn't be complete without a special appearance by Santa Claus and there will also be face painting for the kids, fun battery-operated candles courtesy of Cunninghams Real Estate and a fireworks finale.

Gates open at 5pm with visitors encouraged to bring their picnic rug and picnic or enjoy the tasty treats from one of the six food stalls operating from 5-8.30pm.

Please note this is a doggie-free event.
