Northern Beaches Council is inviting the community to complete an online Customer Experience Survey by Thursday 2 March. The survey is asking for feedback on Council’s service delivery through our customer service centres, telephone and Council websites.

The information received on customer service experiences will assist the Northern Beaches Council make more informed decisions on how to provide the best possible level of services to meet the community needs.

The results of the survey will be used to feed into the development of Northern Beaches Council Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Strategies and survey responses are confidential.
