Northern Beaches Council has endorsed a Planning Agreement for 16 Macpherson Street, Warriewood, that will see development on the site also provide local infrastructure and improve the environmental sustainability of the area. 

The Planning Agreement will deliver several key benefits to the community including the dedication of 1091m2 of land to Council, the construction of a shared path along Brands Lane connecting to surrounding paths, and necessary rehabilitation works in Narrabeen Creek. Monetary contributions will also be paid to Council.

Northern Beaches Mayor said, "This Planning Agreement is a positive step for our community. It not only provides much-needed infrastructure but also ensures the area's environmental sustainability. 

“These improvements will also enhance and provide better connectivity for residents, benefiting the community for years to come." Mayor Heins added.
