Celebrate Christmas on the Northern Beaches with fun family-friendly events hosted by Northern Beaches Council.

From PAW Patrol pups to traditional Christmas carols performed by Erika Heynatz and Rob Edwards, there’s something for everyone this festive season.

Northern Beaches Mayor Michael Regan welcomed the return of Christmas events, especially after some challenging few years.

“Christmas is well and truly back on the Beaches and we are gearing up for a fun, festive season, free for all to attend,” Mayor Regan said.

“Join us at the annual Christmas Choral Concert at Manly Oval on Thursday 1 December, where you can sing along to all your favourite Christmas carols performed by some very talented local musicians and choirs.

“Head on down to Christmas by the Beach at Dee Why, on Friday 9 December, where PAW Patrol pups Marshall and Chase will entertain the kids before Santa himself makes a special appearance.

“Christmas cheer will be spread throughout our villages with decorations rolling out this month.

“And don’t forget to support local this Christmas by shopping at your local village for all your Christmas gifts and entertaining needs.”

The Northern Beaches will be decorated like never before, with local businesses invited to participate in our new Christmas window dressing competition. Residents can vote for their favourite window display in December.

Council Libraries will also have Christmas Wishing Trees from 14 November to 16 December. Visit your local library, collect a tag, then buy a gift to match. Gifts will be distributed by Community Northern Beaches to local families.
