Patrick made his international debut for the Australian under 23 football team the Olyroos in October 2021. During the 2022 AFC under 23 Asian Cup qualification matches against Indonesia in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, he scored one goal per game in the 2 games played. Patrick was again selected for the Olyroos for the 2022 AFC under 23 Asian Cup in Uzbekistan.

Since January 2020, Patrick has played for Sydney FC in the A-league competition.

Before that he played youth football for local clubs Collaroy Cromer Strikers Football Club and Manly United Football Club. He was a student St Paul's College, Manly.
