Para Goalball
Jennifer was introduced to Goalball in 2006 whilst travelling in New Zealand. When she returned to Australia, she couldn’t find a local club to play for until she met Australian women’s coach, Georgie Kenaghan, at a presentation at the University of Sydney.
Jennifer made her international debut representing Australia in the International Blind Sports Association Goalball World Championship 2010 in Sheffield, England.
She went on to represent Australia at the Olympics for the Aussie Belles in London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 where the team had their most successful games with 2 wins.
Jennifer lists her career highlight as ‘every time she walks onto the court wearing the Australian green and gold’.
