Go4Fun is a free NSW Health program for children aged 7-13 and their families looking for support with healthy eating, physical activity and overall wellbeing.

The program aims to help families learn about eating well, staying active and also helps to boost children’s self-esteem and confidence.

The program includes face-to-face sessions once a week for 10 weeks during the school term and is facilitated by qualified health professionals.
