The triathlon races are professionally organised by Warringah Triathlon Club and sanctioned by AUS Triathlon Races.

Distances include a sprint (750m swim - 21km cycle - 5km run) and an enticer for juniors and as an introductory race (375m swim - 12km bike -2.5km run).

The event is open to all and set up for all levels of capability, with support for newcomers as well top class triathletes. There is still WTC members discount, reduced entry for seniors and to support and encourage juniors 12+
