Friday, 17 July 2026 - 10:00 am to 03:00 pm

Our bushland is bursting with life! Spend the day exploring the area around Narrabeen Lagoon as we discover the plants and animals that call it home. From building habitats for creatures big and small to getting up close with animals at the Coastal Environment Centre, we’ll learn how to care for and protect this special environment. It’s a hands-on day of exploration, discovery, and connecting with nature right in our own backyard.

Please pack a raincoat, hat, sunscreen, warm clothes, morning tea, lunch, a re-fillable water bottle and an extra pair of "wet" shoes. Secure, closed in footwear with good grip is essential.
