North Harbour Reserve is located on Condamine Street, Balgowlah. Facilities include; a basketball court (half), playground, concrete path along the waterfront, BBQ and public toilets. This is a very popular Reserve and a scenic location for a picnic or BBQ with family and friends.

The Reserve is also one of Council's dog off-leash areas.
