Centre of Excellence - Construction notice
The Many Sea Eagles Football Club have obtained development consent to build a Centre of Excellence at the northern end of Brookvale Park
The Centre of Excellence includes a new 3000 seat undercover grandstand, food and drink facilities, a state-of-the-art gym, rehabilitation pools and multipurpose education facilities set entirely within the footprint of the sporting field precinct area.
Temporarily there will be access limitations to various areas of the park during construction. These include:
- fencing around compound areas
- closures of some areas to facilitate utility connections and relocations
- closure of the driveway off Alfred St to facilitate truck movements to and from the site
The community is encouraged to take note of all safety signage and direction by workers at the site.
The project is expected to take between 12-18 months.
For more information about the project and any queries please contact the Sea Eagles.
