Variations to Development Standards

Under Clause 4.6 Pittwater LEP 2014, Warringah LEP 2011 and Manly LEP 2013, Council has some flexibility when applying planning controls and maintains a register of variations to development standards.

Northern Beaches Council are required to provide a register of Development Applications that were decided with variations, as required by the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.

All Variations are available since amalgamation and Former Council's information may be provided on request.
