Effective for applications lodged from 1 January 2026:

When submitting a Development Application for alterations and additions to a Class 1 (residential dwelling) application a Concept Stormwater Plan AND Certification from an appropriately qualified and practicing Civil or Hydraulic Engineer confirming that the proposed stormwater design is consistent with Council's Water Management for Development Policy is required. The Lodgement Requirements Form has been updated to reflect these changes.
