Statutory fees come into effect on 1 July each year.

How to gain access
- Fill in the Application Form. Make sure you read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- You will need to pay the annual fee by direct debit at the start of each financial year. Please complete the Form 4104 Pre-Paid Parking Direct Debit Request.
- Return the completed form to the following:
