The Northern Beaches Seniors Festival celebrates and recognises seniors for the role they play and the contributions they make to our local community.

The official Festival theme for 2026 is ‘live life in colour', which encourages seniors to try something new, embrace creativity, new connections and an active lifestyle while celebrating their life journeys and future adventures.

The Festival will run for 4 weeks on the Northern Beaches, from Monday 2 March to Sunday 29 March 2026, corresponding with NSW Seniors Festival which runs from 2 to 15 March.

Seniors Connect Expo
Friday 6 March, 10.30 - 2.30pm, The Show Room - Dee Why RSL

Join our free event and find out about the many local groups and activities for seniors on the Northern Beaches. The free expo will include information sessions, lucky door prizes and giveaways and a performance by The Big Sing (Avalon) community singing group. Find out more about the expo >
