National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories and cultures, and work towards achieving reconciliation in Australia. The 2023 theme is Be a Voice for Generations.

Documentary Screenings

Multi-award-winning Australian drama filmed in the Northern Territory.

Bushtucker Talk
Bush to Bowl are presenting a first hand insight of their aboriginal knowledge of country and its rich diverse food sources.

Click & Create: Basket Weaving Kits
Using Aboriginal weaving techniques and Tegan Murdock’s guidance, create your own mini weaved basket.
$15 + booking fee.
Collaborative Colouring-In
Drop in to the library during National Sorry Day and National Reconciliation Week (26 May - 3 June) and participate together in colouring-in an indigenous artwork design.
