Library Holiday Christmas Opening Hours
From 12pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026, all Northern Beaches libraries, including community libraries, will be closed or operating with reduced hours.
Manly and Mona Vale Libraries will open from Monday 29 December, so you can still drop in to browse, borrow and relax.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it to our library branches, we have a fantastic digital range, including audiobooks, ebooks and emagazines to keep you entertained even while relaxing on the beach.
Our return chutes will remain open in case you need to drop off borrowed items. Normal operating hours will resume on Monday 5 January.
