Mental Health Month
Monday, 25 September 2023

Mental Health Month is celebrated each year in the month of October in NSW and reminds us of the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. The month also provides us the opportunity to understand the importance of good mental health in our everyday lives and encourages us to seek help when needed.

The theme for 2023 is 'We all have a role to play'. Whether it’s taking time to care for yourself, caring for someone close to you or being a mental health ally, making a more inclusive world free of mental health stigma takes all of us.

Join us at the Library this October to learn more about mental health awareness, how to support others and improve your own wellbeing.
