You are most welcome to BYO food and drinks, or enjoy something from our onsite food trucks. Please note, our Christmas events are glass-free events.

There will be a variety of food choices on offer from several food vendors.

There will be water stations for you to refill and refresh. Please bring your own water bottle. Note, no food vendors will be selling bottled water onsite.

Yes, you can bring your pram. There will be access to the event, we ask that you are considerate of other patrons around you for best viewing.

No, our Christmas events are smoke-free, smoking and/or vaping is not permitted.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at Christmas Choral Concert in Manly. Bringing your dog to Christmas by the Beach in Dee Why is strongly discouraged due to the size and scale of the event and large number of children in attendance. Animals must be on a leash and are not permitted within 10m of the food preparation areas. Assistance animals are permitted at both events

The following items will not be permitted to bring into the event:

• pets (other than assistance animals)
• tents
• drugs
• video or professional recording and photography equipment
• drones
• skateboards
• rollerblades / rollershoes
• frisbees
• ball sports
• weapons (including pocket knives)
• fireworks and anything else flammable, dangerous or dubious items
• bad attitudes.

The official program for Christmas Choral Concert will be available to download in the coming weeks. We encourage you to download your song books prior to arriving onsite.

We will monitor the weather in the lead up to the event. In the event of extreme weather, we will advise if the event will proceed via social media. 

We welcome everyone at our event. If you have any accessibility or inclusion requirements in order to participate fully please let us know prior to attending the event. Please email events@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au

We may have a professional photographer and/or videographer at the event. If this is the case, there will be signs at the venue advising you of this. Photographs and video footage taken at the event may be used in future for promotional purposes.
