Exciting changes are coming to Warriewood Surf Life Saving Club, with renewal works kicking off this month.
These upgrades are all about making the club safer, easier to use, and more inviting for everyone—from the lifesavers who keep the beaches safe to the families and visitors who enjoy the coast.
Teaming up with the NSW Government and the local surf club, Council is set to bring some much-needed improvements to the Warriewood facility. The project will include upgrades to make the club more accessible, plus a new awning so activities can go ahead rain or shine. The aim is to help the club’s volunteers do what they do best and create a welcoming spot for the entire community.
Most importantly this investment supports the vital work of our surf clubs and will help ensure volunteers have the space and resources they need to keep providing safety for beachgoers.
To keep disruption to a minimum, work is being scheduled outside of the busy beach season, so club operations and patrols should run as usual.
