What was proposed?
Northern Beaches Council proposed to grant community leases to the below tennis organisations to continue their operations within the community.
These public notices are in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Section 3.22 of The Crown Land Management Act 2016 and clause 70(2)(b) of the Crown Land Management Regulation 2018.
