We're proposing to grant a road reserve lease for another 5 years to the owners' corporation of 8-13 South Steyne, Manly.

The purpose of the lease is for ground floor access stairs, ramp and part hotel foyer.

Any person is entitled to make submissions to Council in respect to the proposed lease.
