Northern Beaches Council is proposing to grant a lease & licence to operate the café at PCYC, 40 Kingsway, Dee Why, NSW 2099, also known as Lot 1 DP 1243020.   

A tender will be released to source a cafe operator in the coming months. The lease & licence is intended to be granted to the successful tenderer for up to 10 years. 

 Council is owner of the land and this notice is provided in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Please refer to the premises area plan below. The premises are on the ground floor level and the exclusive use, cafe and store area, is shaded in red and shared space, seating area, is shown shaded yellow.
