The Dan Barnett Big Band will launch its 10th album, Snapshot on the Beachfront Stage on Sunday. The band will feature some of Australia’s finest big band musicians including special guest renowned vocalist Monica Trapaga.
For those who enjoy the big band style of jazz don’t miss Saturday’s line up at St Matthews Church featuring Horns Plus Big Band, now performing at Manly Jazz for the 13th time, Blue Riff Big Band and Sussudio Big Band along with Northern Beaches own Beachside Big Band, Jazz Vault Project Big Band and Northside Big Band.
Manly Jazz continues to encourage emerging jazz talent across the weekend on its Jazz Stars of the Future stage, located near Manly Town Hall.
Each day there will be roving performers entertaining the crowds between the stage performances.
