Swimmers of all levels are heading to the Warringah Aquatic Centre on weekday mornings to keep fit, skill-up or train for the next triathlon or ocean race.
Swim Coach Russell Subloo ensures the sessions are tailored, challenging, inclusive and cater to all swimmers – from those who turn up for the fun and fitness to those who swim to compete.
We spoke to some of the Swim Fit regulars to find out what keeps them coming back.

Swim Fit runs Monday to Friday, 9.30 – 10.30am, at Warringah Aquatic Centre and has over 20 swimmers of all ages hitting the lanes in the indoor pool each week.
