Join writer and critic James Bradley in conversation with Helen Sullivan as they discuss his environmental non-fiction, Deep Water, as part of the Sydney Writers' Festival.

Immerse yourself in the underwater world hidden all around us.

Lauded by the likes of Tim Winton and Robert Macfarlane, James Bradley’s Deep Water combines history, science, environmentalism and personal experience in a lyrical reckoning of our complex relationship with the seas. A compassionate call for action, Deep Water reminds us of our connection with the waters that surround us.

Dive in with James as he discusses the depths of his study, and how we can reconnect with the ocean.
