Council operates levels B1 and B2 with up to three hours free parking per day - subject to licence plate recognition.

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card at both the pay machine and exit.  If you would like to pay by cash, please use the pay machine.

If you realise you are unable to pay for your parking, you will be issued with a non-payment form. You have seven days from the date of entry to return to one of Council’s four Manly car parks to pay.  Please push the intercom or visit the office at Whistler Street where an attendant will facilitate the payment for you.

Commuter Parking

Level B3 is operated by Transport for NSW for commuters. Visit Transport NSW for information about Level B3 commuter parking or call the hotline 1800 048 751.

Accessible Parking

There are 4 disability parking spaces.

Mobility permit holders are subject to the same fees and charges. (Note: Vehicles with a valid mobility parking permit may park for free at any pay and display council carpark).

Pre-Paid Parking

Permanent pre-paid parking is available with options:

• up to a week ($8.90 per day)
• between 1 and 2 weeks ($8.30 per day)
• monthly ($115 per month) or 
• overnight ($58 per month).  

Prepaid parking options include parking overnight. The overnight only option permits access between 5pm and 8am.

Payments are made via invoice or monthly direct debit payments.
