What was proposed?

Northern Beaches Council proposes to grant Terrey Hills Community Kindergarten a 5- year lease plus 5-year option to continue its operation of the kindergarten. The land is located at Frank Beckman Reserve, Yulong Avenue, Terrey Hills also known as part of Lot 420 DP752017.

Council, as the Crown Land Manager of Frank Beckman Reserve, provides this notice in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993. The granting of this lease is subject to Crown Minister’s and Council’s final approval.
