Allandale Winery

With over 40 years in winemaking, Allandale Winery boasts a well-established portfolio of distinguished boutique wines with a range to suit all tastes. Allandale’s wines are created in the onsite winery. Hunter Valley varieties produced include Allandale’s multi-award winning Semillon, the illustrious chardonnay and the signature‘Matthew’ shiraz.


Glandore Estate Wines

Hungerford Hill

Established in 1967, Hungerford Hill is a boutique estate in the Hunter Valley, Australia’s oldest wine region. Kevin Sobels

Kevin Sobels winery is a small complete winery established in Pokolbin in 1992. Every wine has been made, aged and bottled in the winery. All wines are made from grapes that are either grown on their own vineyards or sourced from local Hunter growers. The range includes fortified white and red wine along with 3 sparkling wines.



Leconfield encompasses two of South Australia's leading wine labels both owned by Richard and Jette Hamilton. Leconfield Wines at Coonawarra and Richard Hamilton Wines at McLaren Vale. Mount Lofty

Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard is a 5 star boutique winery and chef hatted restaurant located on steep slopes in Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills featuring stunning views of the vineyards and surrounding ranges. At 550m above sea level, cool climate, single vineyard wines are created with minimal intervention to express the true terroir of the site with all vines hand pruned and hand-picked.


Mount Pleasant

Established in 1921, by legendary winemaker Maurice O’Shea - Mount Pleasant is one of the great wine estates of Australia and was recently awarded ‘Winery of the Year’ in James Halliday’s 2017 Companion. Mount Pleasant keeps alive the pioneering spirit of its heritage, creating benchmark Hunter Valley wines.


Naked Wines

Naked Wines originated in the UK and launched in both Australia and the USA in 2012. The business funds independent winemakers to make exclusive wines at preferential prices which are passed onto their 65,000 Angel customers. Over the past 12 months Naked Wines Australia has taken on seven new independent Australian and New Zealand winemakers who now receive funding from Naked Wines Angels taking the total to 45.


Pepper Tree

Creating fine wines since 1991, Pepper Tree produces wines of purity, elegance and distinction. Nestled in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Pepper Tree offers a unique and relaxed wine experience set amongst the spectacular gardens that surround the property. Continuing to receive high accolades and 5 star ratings for our premium wines, we must also pay credit to our own extensive carefully selected vineyards located in four of Australia's best wine growing areas.


Peterson House

Peterson House is the recognised specialist producer of sparkling wines in the Hunter Valley. Our aim is to have bubbles for all tastes and occasions, because as we say "Life’s Flat Without Bubbles".


Petersons Wines

Situated on a small hill surrounded by Vineyards, the position is perfect with uninterrupted views of Mount Sugarloaf and the Watagan Mountains. Come up and see John the Pom, Maree, Jenny and Bec who will all give you a warm and friendly welcome and offer a tasting of some of delightful award winning wines.



RidgeView is a family owned, boutique vineyard. Consistently producing high quality, trophy winning wines, RidgeView has wine to suit every tastebud! Iconic Hunter styles, semillon and shiraz, will be available as well as sparkling and other lesser known varietals. Located in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, RidgeView has a cellar door, restaurant and accommodation.


Tamburlaine Organic Wines

For the last 15 years, Tamburlaine Organic Wines has operated certified organic vineyards in the Hunter Valley and Orange regions. Their concept of ‘contemporary organics’ applies the best modern practice in vineyard and winery management ensuring the lowest environmental pollution and carbon footprint, without accepting pesticide residues.


Tulloch Wines

The Tulloch story began in 1895 when John Younie Tulloch accepted an unusual settlement of a debt, a 43 acre property at Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley. Tulloch took an immediate liking to the property and the five acres of neglected vines it contained. He set about rejuvenating the vineyards and so began the proud family tradition that continues today.


Vinden Estate

Established in 1998, Vinden Estate is now under the guidance of the second generation wine maker Angus Vinden. Since taking over in 2015, it has maintained the original label ‘Vinden Estate’ which possess a traditional Hunter style as well as producing his offshoot label allowing a more experimental approach ‘The Vinden Headcase’; balancing tradition with innovation.


Wynwood Estate

Wynwood Estate is situated on one of the oldest vineyard sites in the Hunter Valley. Rich with history and 90+ year old vines, our vineyard has consistently produced some of the best fruit the Hunter Valley has to offer. Wynwood Estate focuses on small parcels of premium wines including semillon, verdelho, chardonnay, shiraz, merlot and of course our famous Cherry Blossom moscato.

Dad & Dave's Brewing

Founded on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 2011, Dad & Dave's Brewing is an independently owned and operated family business (Dad, Dave, Mum, Jess, Scott and James). Dad (John) and Dave are qualified brewers who understand customer wants and needs. We focus on using the traditional ingredients of malt, hops, water and yeast, and then combine these with some innovative ingredients and brewing techniques to live up to our motto: “We make beer, delicious beer!”


Frank's Premium Tasmanian Cider

Welcome to Frank's ... Tasmania's most awarded ciders. Frank was the third generation of the Clark Family to tend the Huon Valley orchard that is now run by his grand daughter, and great grandchildren. These cool climate ciders are sparkling, medium sweet and bursting with natural fruit flavour. No added sugar and gluten free. This is REAL CIDER, with no pasteurisation, and not a drop of concentrate! The apples and pears are grown on the banks of the Huon River, with some harvested from trees Frank planted nearly 100 years ago.


Hoppin' Mad

The Hoppin’ Mad Jazz Band plays every Sunday at the Sugar Lounge in Manly – accompanied with Hoppin’ Mad beer on tap!

Nomad Brewing Co.

An Aussie owned, independent brewery that set up shop in an abandoned carpet warehouse on Sydney’s Northern Beaches almost two years ago. There’s nothing they like better than taking styles and techniques from around the world and pairing them with the amazing native ingredients found in our own back yard.


Pokolbin Cider House

Traditionally a wine region, the Hunter Valley has influenced their cider range to give it a wine-making twist. Over three years ago they launched Classic Draught Apple Cider - now the range now consists of over 6 different varieties - including Pear, Passionfruit, Raspberry and Cranberry!


Yeastie Boys

Yeastie Boys is the brainchild of Stu McKinlay and Sam Possenniskie - two of New Zealand's leading beer activists and visionaries – the Yeastie Boys have been picking up trophies, poking their tongues out at convention, and receiving critical acclaim since their launch in 2008. Recently they teamed up with Northern Beaches local Kerrie and Johnny Latta to create Yeastie Boys Australia to give Yeastie a home in Oz brewing their super-premium, deliciously irreverent ales at NOMAD in Brookvale.
