Wednesday, 24 June 2020 - 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Safe and Sound, Northern Beaches Council’s free wellbeing webinar series. In each webinar you’ll hear from a range of local experts sharing tips and information about our local support services to help you and the people around you live well. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions before and during each session.

Staying mentally healthy is even more of a balancing act in these uncertain times we’re living in right now so we are pleased to announce that ’Safe and Sound’ will feature 6 webinars aimed at supporting young people, youth supports, men, women, seniors and LGBTIQA+ communities.

This fifth webinar of the series, specifically designed for youth supports, will feature a facilitated discussion from Lifeline Northern Beaches between Good Grief, Relationships Australia and SDECC who will talk about everything from managing your mental health and wellbeing, relationships and supporting young people doing it tough.

Whether it’s to help you or those around you, we hope everyone on the Beaches will get something positive out of coming along to this free webinar.

Register your spot to make sure you don’t miss out on the chance to discuss key issues affecting the mental wellbeing of our community - and make sure you share with your family, friends and workmates.

This webinar series has been funded by NSW Ministry of Health as part of our Suicide Prevention Community Gatekeeper Training Project. To learn the skills needed to support others doing it tough, you can also register here for suicide prevention training.

Together, we can help each other to stay Safe and Sound on the Northern Beaches.
