Northern Beaches Council are proud to present New Years Eve Fireworks at the following sites on Sunday 31st December 2017: 

Dee Why Beach - 9pm

Road closure in place between 4pm and 10pm at: - The Strand from Oaks Avenue roundabout to Dee Why Parade roundabout - Howard Avenue from Clyde Road to The Strand

Manly Cove - 9pm

In conjunction with surrounding Manly businesses. Road closure in place between 5pm and 10.30pm at: - West Esplanade from Commonwealth Parade to Belgrave Street - Belgrave Street from Sydney Road to West Esplanade - West Promenade from Sydney Road to Gilbert St - East Esplanade from Belgrave Street to Ashburner Street - Wentworth Street from Darley Road to East Esplanade - Victoria Parade from Darley Road to East Esplanade In addition there will be a clearway in place along West Promenade, East & West Esplanade and parts of Belgrave Street with vehicle towing enforced between 3pm and 10pm.

Bayview - 9pm and Midnight

in partnership with surrounding Bayview businesses; The Newport, Royal Motor Yacht Club and World Prince Alfred Yacht Club. Rowland Reserve, Bayview will have a 150m firework exclusion zone in place on both land and water.

Alcohol Free Zones

There is an alcohol prohibited zone in place Alcohol prohibited zones are in place along Manly harbour foreshore from 4pm daily, and at Rowland Reserve from 6am on 31 December 2016 until 6am on 1 January 2017.

Getting There

Visitors are encouraged to come by foot or public transport to avoid congestion. Check for transport options, as additional buses will be available immediately after the event.
