You are invited to an exhibition drawn from one of Australia’s most significant private collections of cartographic archives which includes rare 15th-century European maps as well as maps depicting Australia and the Pacific. The maps tell the changing story of map-making from woodblock printing in 1482 to the beginnings of topographical surveying in the late 20th-century.
