  • tracking and monitoring your cash flow
  • using the 7 tips to maximise cash flow.

Join Karen Smith, Aboriginal Heritage Office Education Officer, on this easy walk for seniors to the Hanging Swamp at North Head.

Hear about native flora and bush tucker plants, Aboriginal groups who inhabited the area, and the more recent history of the area.

This is an activity for seniors aged 60+.

The walk will take up to an hour. And although it will be an easy walk at a leisurely pace, you will need to be able to navigate some gradual inclines and stairs, cobble stone tracks and raised mesh walkways.

Please wear non-slip walking shoes and a hat and bring a refillable water bottle and sunscreen.

Please note that Government Guidelines in relation to Covid-19 will be observed during this activity.

The average Australian throws away a whopping 650 kilograms of waste every year (which includes a lot of plastic). Plastic wrap in most cases is used once and thrown away - so harmful for our environment!

Think creatively, store leftover food and lunches in reusable containers or buy/make your own beeswax wrap. 

You can use beeswax wraps for cheese, vegetables, bread, fruit, fresh herbs, and baked goods. 

This webinar is suitable for kids and adults.

The vocal academy also has the pleasure of working with small businesses who have been affected from the Covid-19 pandemic, by offering their expertise, services and products at the workshop. Our following speakers include: Our founder, Tina Alcorace, discussing vocal technique, the art of performance and providing immediate feedback at our 2-hour workshop. Guest speakers will include an ENT specialist from Sydney Voice & Swallowing Clinic, representatives from from Point Break Drama Acting School and Roundhouse Media, as well as internationally acclaimed photographer, Gino Nalini. The workshops will be held at Collaroy Swim Club Community Centre on 26th & 27th September for teens/adults workshop, and on 3rd October for youngsters. The event also aims to raise awareness to the Throat Cancer Foundation by donating a portion of the proceeds and will be operating in accordance with current social distancing guidelines for public gatherings.
