Tickets

Please register for 1 ticket per person (including children). Please bring a copy of your tickets on a mobile device, you will be required to present your ticket on the day to gain access to the event.

All sessions are general admission only. Please arrive early to secure your seat.

If you are certain that you have not received the confirmation email and payment has been finalised, please contact the Northern Beaches Council Events Team who will be able to check your details and reissue your tickets.

Dine and Discover

Dine and Discover voucher codes can be applied at the payment stage of checkout (just above the card payment details). This $25 is deducted from the order total, you must pay any amount outstanding.

Vouchers cannot be re-used, even if the total $25 balance is not used. The remaining balance of the voucher will be void.

Please note, only 1 voucher code may be used on a single order.

Timing 

All sessions start at the time indicated in the program. 

Cancellation

Northern Beaches Council reserves the right to cancel the event at any time if it considers it necessary and/or is in the interest of public safety due to any sort of dangerous conditions and/or force majeure. All cancellation notifications will be announced on the Northern Beaches Council event webpage and/or official website and/or social media channels.

Refunds

If you are unable to attend and wish to cancel your tickets, please do so via the "Edit Order" link on your ticket confirmation email up until 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows will not receive a refund.

Please note, if you have used a Dine and Discover entertainment voucher, your ticket is non-refundable. Please contact the Events team if you are unable to attend and your ticket/s will be cancelled.

COVID-19

Taking into consideration the current NSW Health Orders, Northern Beaches Council has measures in place to ensure community safety.

It is at the patron’s discretion whether to wear a face mask to the event.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the Event and get tested for COVID-19.

A full refund will be issued where a COVID-19 test with a positive result within 14 days of Australia Day Eve Cinema - Winnererremy Bay is received and/or if awaiting COVID-19 test results.

If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 and alternate dates are unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Any changes to NSW Health Orders and restrictions that impact Australia Day Eve Cinema - Winnererremy Bay will be announced on the Northern Beaches Council event webpage and/or official website and social media channels.

Copyright & Film Piracy

Film piracy, recording or copying is a criminal offence and violation of copyright. Any person caught recording or copying any session will be removed immediately from the venue; all their tickets and passes will be cancelled and every action will be taken to ensure that they are prosecuted to the full extent of both the criminal and the civil law.

Film Ratings

These classifications are advisory categories. This means there are no legal restrictions about viewing and/or playing these films and computer games.

General (G)

The content is very mild in impact.
The G classification is suitable for everyone. G products may contain classifiable elements such as language and themes that are very mild in impact.

Parental Guidance (PG)

The content is mild in impact.
The impact of PG (Parental Guidance) classified films and computer games should be no higher than mild, but they may contain content that children find confusing or upsetting and may require the guidance of parents, teachers or guardians. For example, they may contain classifiable elements such as language and themes that are mild in impact.

PG-rated content is not recommended for viewing by people under the age of 15 without guidance from parents, teachers or guardians.

Mature (M)

The content is moderate in impact.
Films and computer games classified M (Mature) contain content of a moderate impact. M-rated films and computer games are not recommended for children under the age of 15. They include portrayals of elements such as violence and themes that require a mature outlook. 

However, children under the age of 15 may legally access this material as the classification rating is an advisory category.

Parents, teachers and guardians may need to find out more about the specific content before deciding whether the material is suitable for children in their care.

Behavioural Standards

Northern Beaches Council will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour of a threatening, aggressive, or abusive nature towards our audience members, guests, volunteers, staff or partner venue staff. Northern Beaches Council reserves the right to deny admission to the Venue. This is an event for families. All children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
