We have an Olympic size swimming pool, a diving pool and an outdoor 25 metre lap pool and splash pad.

We offer swimming lessons for children and adults and exercise programs for all ages. Surprise your child with a pool party, book your swimming carnival or film your next commercial with us.

5 Week Teen fitness program

This circuit style cross-training class will give you a great workout combining cardiovascular exercise with strength training.  Age range 13-17 years.

Classes go for 45 minutes.

  • Monday's During School Term Only - 5.30pm 

Bookings are required. Contact the Programs Office on 8495 5001 to book into the program.
