Some state agencies are known as “combat” agencies and respond to particular categories of emergency under their own separate sub plans. They include NSW State Emergency Services (SES), Police, Ambulance, and Fire and Rescue NSW. If there’s an emergency in the Northern Beaches local government area, you should contact these agencies directly.
