A graphic novel is a format, not a genre. They come in all shapes and sizes – from superhero comics to non-fiction biographies and encompass every genre under the sun. We have divided our collection into three main categories: Comics (Marvel & DC), Independent Graphic Novels & Manga.

It can be a little intimidating to know where to start with our collection, so here’s a quick list of great titles to browse from the Northern Beaches Library collection.

Our Graphic Novel collections are held at Manly Library, Dee Why Library, and Warringah Mall Library. If you see a title you want at another branch, place a reservation and have it sent to your local library - reserves for on-shelf items are free!

Visit the library or view our Graphic Novel collection.
