The Northern Beaches Library app is a one stop shop for Library members and it means you can access your Library anywhere, any time.

Here’s just some of what the app can do for you:

1. Tap and borrow your items

No need to visit one of our borrowing stations in-branch, you can just scan the book you want to borrow with your smartphone and away you go! 

2. See if we have a book in our collection

If you’re browsing at a book store and want to know whether we have the book you’re looking at buying in our collection, simply scan the barcode and the app will tell you.

3. Link your family’s cards

You can manage your own account but the app also gives you the ability to link your family’s cards. This way you can see what your family is borrowing and more importantly know when items are due back to avoid fines.

4. Reserve a book you’ve got your eye on

Keen to read that recently released bestseller? You can reserve the book you’re looking for via the app. No need to login to the website – login once to the app and it’ll remember your details.

5. Check out what’s on

Our libraries have programs and online events you can be a part of. Find out what’s happening at your closest branch via the app.

6. Renew items you want to keep a little longer

With the new app, it’s easy to check due dates and renew items that you want to keep to yourself a bit longer.
