• Joining a local bushcare or reefcare group and clean-up events to support healthy coastal habitats.
• Take part in local planting days and help manage weeds and strengthen dune vegetation.
• Stay on designated beach accessways and avoid walking, sliding, or storing watercraft on dunes. 
• Respect fences and signed dune protection areas. 
• Report dune damage on 1300 434 434 or via the Online Customer Service portal.
