We're proposing to grant a road reserve lease for another five years to the owners of 144 Upper Clontarf Street, North Balgowlah.

The purpose of the proposed lease is fenced encroachment and timber deck.

Any person is entitled to make submissions of Council with respect to the proposed lease.
