No one knows the thrill of a Sunday session at Bare Creek Bike Park like professional rider Tom Wrigley.

Around nine years ago, ‘Wriggles’ started riding on dirt jump trails around the Northern Beaches and he’s never looked back.

He loves hitting the tracks with his mates, but he’s also keen to ensure less experienced riders wear the right gear and ride within their limits.

In our new light hearted video, Tom shows what can go wrong at Bare Creek Bike Park when riders are not prepared.

Located in Belrose, the park is a world-class mountain bike facility that features 1.6 kms of downhill bike trails, flow trails, skills and dirt jump areas, a pump track and bike maintenance stations.

It’s the perfect playground for riders but also a place where accidents can and do happen.

As we prepare for the Easter school holidays, we encourage you to share this video with your thrill seeking children, friends and family members.

Remember, mountain biking can be dangerous. Children under 16 must be under direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Check out our safety page for park rules and more safety recommendations.
