We are thrilled to have been recognised for the quality of our customer service at the 2017 National Local Government Customer Service Network Awards.

At the awards night, held in Newcastle, we were announced winners of the Customer Service Strategy Award, Highly Commended in the Customer Experience Excellence Award and were finalists for Team of the Year.

“This recognition is very welcome but we will not rest on our laurels and will continue improving our service by asking for customer feedback and by continuing to measure our performance,” General Manager Helen Lever said.

At the 2016 National Local Government Customer Service Network Awards, we won Customer Service Team of the Year and the Customer Contact Excellence Award, and were runner up in the Customer Service Strategy Award.
