Year 11 and 12 can be a shock to most students. The workload increases, homework steps it up a few notches and the pressure can really set in.

Our HSC Lecture Series aims to help you manage these important final years at school and achieve success in the HSC exams. The events are free and open to all year 11 and 12 students.

Tips for HSC Success

Surviving Year 12

Dr Michael Carr-Gregg is one of Australia's highest profile psychologists. The seminar will prepare parents and students for the final school years by providing practical tips and strategies from applied psychological research.

Modern History

Dub-Yoga with Sabali Yoga

The aim is to keep your head full of information and clear of stress. Yoga can empower cognitive function, release stress, improve memory, and help you ace your exams.

This unique yoga experience will help students balance the pressures of the upcoming HSC exams. Beginners welcome.

These years are meant to be enjoyable but can take a toll. Your performance in the HSC does not control your future success or happiness. It’s always important to ask for help at any time if you are feeling overwhelmed.
