Under section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Northern Beaches Council gives public notice of its intention to consider a lease for a term of five (5) years to the owner of 3A Paling Place, Beacon Hill for an area of approximately 15 square metres of road reserve adjacent to 3A Paling Place, Beacon Hill (Lot 1 SP 53085).

The purpose of the proposed lease is for car parking.

Proposed Lease Extension - Warringah Golf Course

We publicly exhibited notice of intention to extend the lease term with Warringah Golf Club for one year, from 1 September 2019. This comes after Council resolved to authorise a 20-year lease to Warringah Golf Club Limited. The one-year extension will ensure a lease remains in place whilst the terms of the 20-year lease are finalised.

Proposed Lease - Road Reserve adjacent to 1 Queens Parade, Newport

Road Reserve - Proposed closure - adjacent to 250 Whale Beach Road, Whale Beach

Under Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993, Council gave notice of its proposal to close the Council road reserve adjacent to 250 Whale Beach Road, Whale Beach.  The road reserve under consideration comprises of Council public road with an area of approximately 44.5sqm, known as part Whale Beach Road adjoining 250 Whale Beach Road, Whale Beach (Lot 213 DP 15376).

Connecting Northern Beaches - Turimetta Head - Coastal Walkway

As part our ‘Connected Communities’ Program, we are connecting the Northern Beaches through the development of an iconic coastal walkway.  We sought feedback on the preliminary design plans for a new footpath at Turimetta Head located at Warriewood.
