Proposed lease - land adjacent to 3A Paling Place, Beacon Hill

Under section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Northern Beaches Council gives public notice of its intention to consider a lease for a term of five (5) years to the owner of 3A Paling Place, Beacon Hill for an area of approximately 15 square metres of road reserve adjacent to 3A Paling Place, Beacon Hill (Lot 1 SP 53085).

The purpose of the proposed lease is for car parking.

Connecting Northern Beaches - Turimetta Head - Coastal Walkway
