Exciting new developments are happening in Dee Why Town Centre including new green spaces, improved streetscapes, and more parking.

In 2013, we developed the award-winning Dee Why Town Centre Masterplan which set out works to be carried out over three phases to make Dee Why a more attractive, contemporary, and vibrant town centre. To date, we have delivered a number of these projects in consultation with the community including:

• Walter Gors Park 
• Redman Road Plaza 
• Phase 1: streetscape upgrades
• Howard Avenue shared path

There are still some projects underway including landscape upgrade works at St.David Park located behind the northbound B-Line bus stop on the corner of St.David Avenue and Pittwater Road. We will also be consulting on upgrades to Triangle Park located between Oaks and Howard Avenues. We'll keep you updated on the progress of these projects.
